Fee Structure

Stepp Legal offers the following engagement options.

Initial Consultation	$425 (one hour)
Single Matter Engagement	$425 per hour
Monthly Retainer	Ongoing outside general counsel services billed at a preferred hourly rate, subject to a monthly minimum

A signed retainer agreement and personal guaranty are required prior to the commencement of any engagement.
